With all of the flowers and trees in full bloom, I’ve been loving on my hometown so much lately! Between the Saturday Morning and Indie Markets, vintage shops and new restaurants downtown, St. Pete is easily becoming the place to be in Tampa Bay. We’ve had some amazing weather lately and I’ve been soaking up every minute of it. Sunshine, salty ocean breeze, and the scent of sweet blossoms are everywhere.
This upcoming weekend is one of my favorite local art festivals of the year, the Mainsail Art Festival in downtown St. Petersburg at the Vinoy Park. You can expect to see some amazing paintings, sculptures and photographs along with lots of beer, wine and delicious food. I’m volunteering again this year (wine duty counts as volunteering, right?) and it’s always so much fun! If you are local to St. Pete and interested in signing up, please click here.
Now, let’s talk about this outfit!
As you all know, my favorite way to shop is locally. I’ve easily found my new favorite antique boutique in St. Pete for finding hidden treasures over the weekend. Located on Central Ave, ARTpool Gallery &
As for the rest of my outfit, I kept things pretty basic. I’m all for a black and white striped tee and finding ways to dress it up or down. This time, I opted for the mock turtle neck top from White House Black Market, one of the most comfortable tops I own! I paired it with a button up jean skirt from Forever 21 and completed the look with bright red loafers from Banana Republic. My favorite pair of sunnies are the black cat-eyes from Kate Spade- I am in love!
So much love for this city and it’s beauty. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of your week! Local friends, make your way down to Mainsail for a fun weekend ahead! x
